Kirk Cousins seems like a pretty easy name to spell or say, but apparently a portion of the population continues to struggle with it. Kirk took to social media to have some fun and provide yet another example.
They were going for "Kirk" and should get partial credit for having the correct four letters, I think, but this could say "Krik" or "Krite" and I'm not 100 percent sure which it is.
This is definitely not the first time, and certainly not the last time someone is going to screw this up. In fact, he got some fan mail last year for "Kirt."
If I'm going to rank the worst ways to attempt Kirk's name, I think "Krite" is probably the worst for all the obvious reasons. At least "Krik" you had all four of the correct letters, but you just didn't bother to put them in the right order. It happens.
If you have listened to the any sports radio caller in town, you know they also suffer from the Kirk/Curt/Kirt issue and Cousins can't escape it. I mean, the Kirk/Curt issue could strike anyone. No one is immune.

I respect anyone who will make more than $40 million in two years but will still rent a Kia. https://t.co/OcI6G5RJYy— Michael Jenkins (@JenksCSN) March 3, 2017
For Kirk's sake, hopefully a new contract will get that sorted out for everyone.
