Every year, the Orioles invite between 15 and 20 players who aren’t on the major league roster to spring training.


Orioles fans will remember Steve Pearce fondly, and so will I. In many ways, Pearce was the prototypical Oriole, understated, hardworking, and with little ego.


The Orioles lineup is nearly set. Barring injuries, it’s pretty safe to project an Opening Day lineup of Chris Davis at first, Jonathan Schoop at second, J.J.


Steve Pearce, who spent at least part of the last four seasons with the Orioles, is still looking for a job.


In the first weeks of 2016, the Orioles will try and decide who plays first base and right field.
