Training camps are still two weeks away from opening, but sportsbook Bovada has already put out a list of its 40 favorites to win the 2014 NFL MVP. Why? Because that’s what Vegas does.

Robert Griffin III has the best odds of any NFC East player at 25/1. Interestingly, the third-year Redskins quarterback is tied with 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, Eagles running back LeSean McCoy, Vikings running back Adrian Peterson and Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson for the eighth best chances of winning.

Alfred Morris is the only other Redskin to make the cut. He’s listed at 150/1.

Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning checks in with the best odds at 3/1, while 49ers running back Frank Gore has the worst odds at 200/1. Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is listed at 100/1.

Other NFC East players on the list include: Eagles quarterback Nick Foles (40/1), Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo (50/1), Giants quarterback Eli Manning (50/1), Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant (66/1) and Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray (200/1).
