RICHMOND—A week into training camp, a couple of key Redskins are nursing minor injuries.

On Wednesday, safety Phillip Thomas did not practice because of sore hamstring. Wide receiver Pierre Garçon, meantime, appeared to be limited in his participation after straining his hamstring in Monday’s practice. Neither injury is believed to be serious.

“I just tweaked my hamstring a little bit; I’m pretty much day-to-day,” Thomas said. “It’s not that big of an injury. I’m hoping to be back within the next day or two.”

Cornerback Courtney Bridget (shoulder) also did not practice, nor did linebacker Adrian Robinson. Bridget was injured in Monday's full-pads practice; it was not immediately clear what was ailing Robinson.

Veteran right tackle Tyler Polumbus did not practice, either. It’s believed that he was attending to a personal matter.

Jay Gruden is expected to address the status of the team’s injured/absent players later this afternoon.
