Your Friday morning open thread:
The Redskins are on their bye this week and they won't be playing a game on Sunday. There's not even one to look forward to on Monday. They won't take the field for another nine days and even when a week from Sunday rolls around the Redskins won't take the field until about 8:30 at night in Dallas.
So, a couple of questions here. First, what do you do? Do you get up, watch the pregame shows and then either turn on the Red Zone Channel or Sunday ticket and flip through games with the remote? Or do you use the day off to take a day with the family and/or significant other and do something around town.
Also, whether you're watching or not, who are you going to root for in the Giants-Eagles game? Do you want to see the Giants buried at 0-5 even though Philly would move ahead of the Redskins and maybe establish some momentum? Or would you rather seem them both at a miserable 1-4? And how much do you want the Cowboys to lose by when they host the Broncos?
I plan on getting some stuff done around the house on Sunday and going out for a while but I'll be in front of the TV by halftime of the early games. Because, you know, it's my job!
