Looking to improve after a disappointing 7-9 2013 season, the New York Giants raided two players from the Denver Broncos. Kick returner Trindon Holliday and cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie will leave Denver and play for New York this fall; two dynamic players capable of helping Big Blue.

The diminutive Holliday presents track-level speed as a returner and the necessary shift to be a star at the position. In 2013, Holliday ranked No. 5 in the NFL on kick returns with an average of 27 yards. To ensure success on returns, the Giants also brought in former Chiefs return man Quintin Demps, who ranked No. 1 in the NFL with an average of more than 30 yards per kick return. Holliday will likely return punts as well.

Rodgers-Cromartie, or DRC as he is known, will start for the Giants alongside Antrel Rolle. New York gave DRC a five-year contract worth $39 million, $14 million guaranteed. Demps will be an additional boost to the secondary at safety, and the G-Men also added Seahawks cornerback Walter Thurmond.

There's been a spending spree in New York. Running back was a position of need for the Giants, so they went out and signed Rashad Jennings from Oakland. For the fantasy football crowd, Jennings could be a real value. He should excel given the chance to take over as the Giants No. 1 RB.
