Playing arguably the best football of his career, Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall has been a playmaker for Washington's defense all season.
But in the third quarter of Thursday's game against Minnesota, Hall collided with Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder.
Hall's hit was strong enough to knock the ball away from Ponder, saving a touchdown, but in the process both players were hurt.
Ponder left the game and will not return with an injury to his left arm. Hall briefly left the game to be evaluated for a concussion, but returned.
