Skins game plan for tonight
04.29.11 3:11 p.m.
The Redskins have two picks in the second round tonight, as a result of trading down in the first round last night. What will they do with them? I take a look in my Real Redskins blog.
For a quick summary, I don't think they'll use it for a quarterback as I think that Andy Dalton and Colin Kaepernick will be off the board by the time their pick at 41 comes up. A wide receiver is a possibility and a running back is a slim but realistic possibility.
Bunting likes Kerrigan but not necessarily at LB

I reached out to my friend Wes Bunting of the National Football Post again to get his opinion on Ryan Kerrigan's fit with the Redskins. He wasn't a huge fan:
Not a huge fan of Kerrigan standing up...good motor, knows how to use hands, but average athlete, will be stiff in space when asked to drop
I also asked what he think they may do tonight:
Redskins could deal their 2 second round picks to go up and get a QB like Dalton or take the best RBWB on the baord. T Young, R Williams
Kerrigan, Orakpo greet each other via Twitter

Brian Orakpo should be one of the happiest guys in the world after the Redskins took Ryan Kerrigan in the first round of the NFL draft one Thursday night. He now will have a legitimate pass-rush threat on the other side, some who will be able to draw some attention away from him and help him find clearer lanes to the quarterback.
Orakpo greeted his newest teammate via Twitter:
Tell me what yall think Redskin Nation? Congrats to @RyanKerrigan94 see u soon HTTR!
Kerrigan responded a few hours later:
