The night after being carried off the court acute pain in his right ankle, Bradley Beal went through an extensive warmup with assistant coach Sam Cassell before Saturday's game vs. the Brooklyn Nets and not only will be active but still will be in the starting lineup (CSN, 7 p.m. ET).
Beal, who also had an issue with back tightness in Friday's 105-101 overtime win at the Orlando Magic, was able to walk out of the locker room and didn't appear to have trouble getting lift on his shot during warmups Saturday. He also walked without a hitch.

How Beal is able to move laterally and slicing to the basket, however, will be a different matter. Coach Randy Wittman had called him a game-time decision along with Martell Webster, who didn't score in 19 minutes vs. Orlando.
Webster recently missed two games because of a back injury and has an issue with soreness again, but he was active, too.
