Beal goes down in the 4th
The worst thing that happened to the Wizards isn't losing their three-game winning streak in Minneapolis.
They lost Bradley Beal, who had to be carried off the court with 4:26 left in the fourth quarter, after Martell Webster buried a three-pointer to cut the deficit to 109-88.
Beal, who recently returned from a stress reaction in his lower right leg, collided with Luc Mbah a Moute on the play, fell awkwardly to the court, tried to get up and had to be carried off by Jan Vesely and Trevor Ariza.
Beal had an X-Ray after the game that was negative, the team said. He will have an MRI, which is more detailed and can more accurately determine if there is any damage to the ligaments and cartilage, on Saturday.
