Let’s try this again. After last night’s rainout, the Nationals and Marlins will pick back up with a doubleheader today, this the last day the Nats play at home during the 2013 regular season. Because of the postponement, the Nationals adjusted their pitching assignments to have Dan Haren (9-13, 4.88) throw the first game and Stephen Strasburg take the night game.

Haren is making his 30th start of the season for the Nationals and taking on the Marlins for the fourth time this year. He holds a 5.40 ERA through 13 1/3 innings against Miami, including an 0-2 record. He last faced them three starts ago, on Sept. 6, and allowed five earned runs in just three innings of work. The Nats have only lost two of their last 14 games since that day.

Pitching for Miami is right-hander Tim Koehler. The Nats got to him big last time out, scoring six runs in five innings on Aug. 29.
