Bryce Harper may have missed out on being the spokesman for MLB 13 The Show, but the Nats' outfielder will grace the cover of something. Sports Illustrated has chosen the N.L. Rookie of the Year to headline its latest issue, asking the question of what Harper has in store for his second season.

This is at least Harper's second appearance on the magazine's cover, he was featured as a teenager before being drafted by Washington with the headline 'The Chosen One.' Stephen Strasburg has also been on Sports Illustrated's cover with the headline 'National Treasure.'

The picture was taken on Jan. 26 while Harper was in D.C. for NatsFest, according to Nats Insider Mark Zuckerman. The day was very cold with temperatures reaching as low as the mid-20's, so you can imagine how Harper was feeling for the shoot. But then again, he made headlines later that day for walking around windy Washington without a coat. Nothing fazes Bryce Harper.
