Braves wear throwback jerseys to honor Hank Aaron (PHOTOS)

Tuesday night was a special one at Turner Field in Atlanta.

On the 40th anniversary of Henry 'Hank' Aaron's record-breaking 715th home run, they held a pregame celebration for the baseball legend. And then, with the Hall of Famer in attendance, they took on the New York Mets wearing a familiar look.

Check out the throwback jerseys they wore to resemble the uniform Aaron donned in 1974:
