Recently the Baltimore Orioles have turned into consistent contenders in the MLB postseason.
In 2017, the team will look to make the playoffs for the fourth time in the past six seasons.
Making the playoffs in the AL East is never an easy task going against the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Toronto Blue Jays, and Tampa Bay Rays in 76 of their 162 games.
The Orioles will kick off the 2017 season against the team that ended their's in the 2016 postseason, the Toronto Blue Jays, at home.
With a rough division matchups to start the year, the first 11 games of the season are against the AL East.
In interleague play, the Orioles will play the Cincinnati Reds, Milwaukee Brewers on the road, host the St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Cubs and split series against the Pittsburgh Pirates and Washington Nationals in the annual Beltway Series.
