NEW YORK (AP) Comments on the Cleveland Browns by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):

Chris Berman (ESPN, 29) - Game effort versus Ravens.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 25) - They play hard, but they don't have enough offense to win consistently.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 30)

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 27) - Weeden really struggled last week in the passing game with all of those young receivers. Communication issues as well.

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 30) - Five trips inside the red zone for rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden and only three field goals to show for it. Another painful week in Cleveland.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 30) - The Browns are the NFL's worst road team with an 0-4 record. No sweat this weekend, though - the 2-7 Browns are off.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 30) - You can't blame Jimmy Haslam if he has buyer's remorse.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 30) - When oh when will they find a legitimate quarterback?

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 30) - No one can say this team doesn't compete. They play for 60 minutes every week but are simply too young to win a lot of games. They are on a bye this week and hopefully come back and get two or three more wins.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 30) - They are improving!

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 29) - Losses marred by mistakes and questionable coaching decisions aren't helping Pat Shurmur's plight to keep his job under new owner Jimmy Haslam.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 29) - Brandon Weeden struggled Sunday, but the Browns have to figure out if he is their guy.
