NEW YORK (AP) Comments on the Cleveland Browns by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):

Chris Berman (ESPN, 31) - A win for the road for the Lerner's.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 26) - Pat Shurmur got first win, but he'll need more to keep his job.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 31)

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 29) - Change is coming with new owner Jimmy Haslam.

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 30) - Browns hadn't won in nearly a year, but the streak ends with an impressive performance against AFC North rival Cincy. First win for Brownies since last Nov. 20.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 28) - The Browns have already allowed 15 touchdown passes this season.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 29) - Yeah, that victory was swell, but it's only the second in Cleveland's last 16 games.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 29) - After 11 consecutive losses, the bullied Browns have found a reason to believe.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 29) - Finally a win this week after so many close games. This young football team has a lot of fight in them. Brown fans should love the view of the future.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 30) - Browns got their first win vs. Cincy and are improving.

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 30) - Rookie Josh Gordon is becoming the big-play wide receiver that the Browns have sorely lacked since Braylon Edwards had his lone standout campaign in 2007.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 30) - They are 1-12 over their last 13 games, but they also are on a one-game winning streak.
